  -Provide cost estimates, budgets, project timelines and prepare contract documents.

  -Review the project’s specifications, organizational structure, cost projections, and completion dates.

  -Communicate status of the project throughout the build with the client and other pertinent parties.

  -Review the work progress on daily basis. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

  -Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

  -Collaborate with architects & engineers to design and build construction projects from start to finish.
