Fullmer began by constructing homes in 1946 and has expanded our expertise to the construction of concrete tilt-up industrial buildings, educational facilities, medical office buildings, business centers, private campuses and retail centers, as well as tenant improvement and infrastructure fields. Family owned and operated for over 75 years, Fullmer has built over 2,200 buildings and more than 160,000,000 square feet. Construction
Building Development
Fullmer will perform the construction of the building by abiding by the plans and specifications, contract and scheduling. A full-time project manager and superintendent will manage the project’s progress.
Permits
Fullmer will pull all necessary city and state permits and be certain that there is strict conformance to all regulatory agencies.
Quality
Fullmer is able to continuously produce quality work through close management of all subcontractors’ production and contracts.
Project Management
Each project benefits from its own administrator, estimator, superintendant, project manager and principal involvement. The project manager is able to be a liaison between the client and the field assuring that the client’s needs are met.
Payment Program
Fullmer prepares pay request summaries and payment documentation as well as accepting a variety of different payment programs.

Project Completion Documentation
Upon completion of the project Fullmer walks the project with the owner and prepares a punch list of items that need to be corrected or completed. Once these items have been fulfilled Fullmer prepares a close-out package complete with all warranties, guarantees and manuals for the owner.
